About
Stephanie is passionate about helping people deepen their relationships, reconnect to themselves, and navigate the complexities of love, loss, and life transitions. She specializes in working with couples, individuals and families around communication challenges, emotional disconnection, low self-esteem, and boundary-setting.
Stephanie also has a special focus on supporting parents and caregivers of individuals facing serious illness. She helps couples and families stay connected during medical crises, cope with anticipatory grief, and process the emotional toll of caregiving and uncertainty. Her work in this area is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and a deep understanding of how medical trauma impacts relationships.
Her therapeutic style is warm, grounded, and interactive. Stephanie draws from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), the Gottman Method, strengths-based therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches. She brings a strong relational lens to her work and tailors her approach to meet each client's unique needs.
Stephanie holds a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Loyola Marymount University and Master’s in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University. She offers both virtual and in-person sessions in Santa Monica, CA.
I strive to empower others to be the best version of themselves while remaining true to who they are.
